You’ve got a birth plan.

But what about your feeding plan?

A guided 7-day week with Geraldine dropping into the private Telegram group,

Mabel, your AI preparation coach, by your side,

and the complete PLANNER Checklist.

Seven days to turn “I hope breastfeeding works” into

“I know what I want, what matters to me, and what I’ll do if things don’t go to plan.”

The forgotten piece of preparation

Everyone talks about the birth.

Birth plan, breathing techniques, what to pack in your hospital bag. The pregnancy books cover it in chapters. The classes rehearse it. The apps count down to it.

And then your baby arrives, and the people who were going to be beside you drift back to their own lives, and the midwives' visits get further apart, and suddenly it's 3am, and your baby is feeding for the fourth time tonight, and you realise...

No one wrote the plan for this bit.

The bit where you're on your own. The bit that happens a thousand times. The bit where nobody's there to ask, "Is this OK?"

Why most mums 'wing' it

You're probably doing what most mums do.

You've read the books. You've saved the Instagram posts. You've got a list of products in your Notes app, and you've bookmarked the "What to expect in week one" article.

It's information.

And information without a shape around it, without your unique shape around it, turns into more noise the moment you're tired, hormonal and cluster feeding a baby between 1am-3am on repeat all week.

The reason most mums end up struggling is that despite doing their best... they still don't know what they're doing.

It's because no one sat down with them and asked the right questions:

- What needs to happen so that you show up the best you can each day?

- How are you planning for that?

- What else can you do to ensure you don't get lost in noise and overwhelm?

- Who's going to help you?

- What can they do and take off your plate completely?

- What else can you do now to make life with a baby simpler?

- Do you know you unique body advantages?

- What don't you know, that you need to know, about your body before trying to breastfeed?

- What will you do when the plan doesn't go to plan?

The truth is that mums-to-be are over-prepared for one moment... the birth... and under-prepared for the thousand moments that come after. That's the gap nobody tells you to fill.

The forgotten piece of preparation

Most feeding plans don't work because they're built for a fictional mother.

The textbook mum. The Instagram mum. The mum who had a vaginal birth, has average nipples, full medical info, a 7lb term baby with a textbook mouth.

That mum might exist... but she isn't you.

You have your own shape, your own birth story, your own medical history. Your baby has their own size, their own mouth, their own way of arriving. Together you make up something completely unique, and no generic checklist was ever built for the two of you.

Thirty years of working with mums, and one question nobody else was asking:

"What specifically am I looking at when I sit with a mum and a baby and work out why feeding isn't working?"

And I found exactly five things.

Five things that are mostly out of your control... but how you feed according to them? That's a whole different game and the missing piece mums rarely find.

That's what this planner is built around. Not a fictional average. You.

What you walk away with

In seven days you move from "I hope I figure this out" to "I know exactly what I'm doing and why."

By the end of PLANNER in a Week you will have:

- A clear picture of your feeding day... from your first feed to your last, with the people beside you written into each slot

- A completed feeding plan built around your body, your birth and your baby... not a fictional one

- A shortlist of the products that genuinely fit your situation (and a filter for knowing which don't)

- A "compass"... your single line of what matters most, so decisions on the hard days are easier

- A note you write to yourself now, for the 3am moment when you've forgotten everything you knew

- A list of the people in your corner, with the specific job each one will do (no more "support" that's actually just standing nearby)

- A flexible structure for the moments when the plan meets reality and reality wins

The plan lives on paper or in your Notes app, however you keep your life. It's yours. You change it whenever you need to.

"I now feel like I actually have an idea what my reality could be like."

What mums said

"I feel like I have a proper map and we both are on the same page."

"I didn't realise how much I could do before baby arrived… This week was priceless."

What do you get for £47

The PLANNER in a Week workbook: seven days, seven guided pages, each one helping you make one part of your feeding plan clearer.

The seven-day email sequence: one PLANNER letter per day, with one thing to think about before you open that day's page — so you're not trying to plan everything at once.

Private Telegram support: ask questions, share what you're working through and learn from the questions other mums are asking too. I'll drop in throughout the week to answer, clarify and see where you're getting stuck.

Mabel: your AI preparation coach. She helps you think through your answers, work out what matters to you and turn what you're imagining into a feeding plan that actually fits your life.

Access to the private PLANNER Telegram group for the full 7 days, keep your PLANNER workbook, keep asking questions, and keep Mabel and Telegram access for the week or whilst your subscription is active.

The bit that will never be true again

Right now you have something you'll never have again:

A clear head. A due date. The ability to make decisions when nothing is urgent... before this baby arrives.

Soon you'll be in the middle of it, and you won't have the time, the sleep or the brain space to write a plan. You'll be relying on the version of yourself who has time now... to have done this work first.

Every week you wait is a week you won't get back before she's here.

Build your plan this week. Your future self will thank you.

I'm not sure yet how I want to feed my baby. Is this for me?

Yes it is and that's exactly who this is for. PLANNER doesn't tell you what to do. It walks you through the questions so you can decide for yourself what feels most aligned. Most mums finish the week knowing what they want and why.

What if my plan changes once my baby arrives?

It probably will... and that's ok and very much expected... but we have a built in safety net that you go through on day Day 4 which is specifically about building flexibility into your plan so you can adapt without it falling apart. When life gives you lemons... pull out the recipe for the best ever lemon tart, because you've done the work and you're not easily blindsided.

I'm planning to formula feed / combination feed / exclusively express. Is this still relevant?

Yes. PLANNER covers all feeding options. There is no "wrong" answer... the plan is built around what fits your body and your baby.

What are the daily emails?

An improvement we included at other mums request... One email per day, matched to that day's workbook page. They give you the context and the prompt you need before you open the page, so you're not going in cold. Short, useful, written for a brain that's doing nine things at once.

What's the difference between PLANNER and a consultation?

PLANNER is the work you do yourself, paced across a week, with Mabel and the daily emails supporting you. A 1:1 with me is sixty minutes of my clinical brain on your specific plan — checking it against your body, your birth, your baby, and making the tweaks that need more than a workbook. Many mums do PLANNER first and book a 1:1 once they've spotted which parts they want help unpicking.

Tell me more about Mabel.

Mabel is your personal AI preparation and product guide, trained on thirty years of clinical experience, she helps you think through your plan, answers questions about your specific situation, and cuts through the noise on products. She's fun, a little sassy and very very clever, always growing and learning more about how she can be the best for you. She's included with your PLANNER week and will also walk you through your other pregnancy preparation steps if you choose. From day 8 she continues as a £147/month subscription unless you opt out before then. Opting out is easy and straightforward, you'll have everything you need to do it before the week is up.

Do I get my £47 back if it didn't help?

If you've done the work: opened the emails, worked through the pages, used Mabel everyday, asked questions in the private Telegram group when you got stuck and you genuinely feel it didn't help, email me within 14 days of purchase. I'll ask to see screenshots of all your Mabel conversations and a sense of where the week fell short, so I can understand what was missing. If it truly didn't give you more clarity and confidence around feeding your baby, I'll refund you. I want this to have been worth it and if it wasn't, I want to know why, so Mabel keeps getting better.

You'll know what you want

By the end of the week, you'll have thought through how you actually want feeding to fit into your life.

What matters to you, what you're hoping for, and what you'll do if things don't go quite to plan.

So when your baby arrives, you're not trying to make all of those decisions for the first time while you're exhausted and emotional.

You're working from a plan you put together consciously, carefully protecting what was most important to you.
